Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time varies due the back order status or current inventory levels
Domestic Shipping Rates
The shipping cost for your order depends on the weight and size of the item and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4119 NE 6th Ave, Oakland Park, FL, 33334. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will contact you when it is ready for pick up
Our in-store pickup hours are 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
All orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification of availability. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be subject to a holding fee. This fee will be applied to cover storage costs and will be charged automatically after the 30-day period.
International Shipping
Please reach out to us at sales@sprinterpartsus.com if you are looking to ship internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sprinter Parts US is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sprinterpartsus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN POLICY
Need to Return or Exchange an Item? We offer returns within 30 days of receipt for store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- “Sale” items are not eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned in brand new, resalable, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- No signs of wear, use, or attempted installation will be accepted.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Sprinter Parts Depot shipped the wrong item.
- Using a traceable, insured, means of shipping like UPS or FedEx is highly recommended.
- A 15% restocking will be applied to offset original shipping and handling costs.

Refused Packages
We strongly advise against refusing a package. If you do, you’ll receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and our actual shipping cost. Please contact us to arrange a proper return.
Ineligible Returns
If you return an item that does not meet these conditions and is not eligible for a refund you will be given the option of having the item returned at your expense.
